When should I be concerned

My daughter, 18mo, started daycare about two weeks ago. We did half days for the first two weeks to get her used to it but she only went maybe 4 days as she got roseola and then a cold back to back. We had been picking her up at 12:30 which is nap time for her. Yesterday she started full days and it has been going terrible. Drop off has been rough she won’t let go of me and is freaking out and then come nap time the teachers are saying she won’t nap and keeps hanging around the door looking at it, waiting for us. I’m worried especially after all the horror stories I’ve heard about kids at daycare and I didn’t want her to go until she could speak but unfortunately we can’t live off of my one income. Her dad is making it harder he wants to pick her up early everyday and won’t drop her off because he doesn’t want to see her upset. He’s supposed to be using this time to find a job but is making minimal effort to do so. I just don’t know what to do anymore

Also adding, the photos the daycare sends me she is playing in them but her face looks different like she’s been crying nonstop or just super duper tired and it is so hard because she never looks like that at home

You have to give them a month to get useto daycare if she is still crying after that then maybe it’s not for her, also we got sick back to back when my baby started daycare, it sucks but it’s just apart of it

We started taking our LO when he was 14 months old, it took him about 2 months to adjust. He goes part time (3 days a week). He loves it now! But the first 2 months were roughhh. He was so clingy, had to sleep in bed with me, and would cry every time I dropped him off and picked him up.
