@Elle I used to eat so healthily too coz I’d been dieting for 6 months and I don’t want any of the healthy stuff anymore 😂
I’m the same! I had a magnesium bath last night (not hot and not in for super long) and then had some dry cereal this morning as soon as I got up and it’s helped today a lot. Still feel nauseous but haven’t actually been sick today and managed to eat lunch! Also snacking on salted crisps has helped
@Molly I’ve been having a lot of cheese lately🙃 just bought some salted crisps tho so hopefully they help! I just hate that what I can eat in a morning can make me feel sick in an afternoon x
