Growth Scan
I had a midwife appointment today I am 31 weeks pregnant after measuring my belly, I was over the normal range (31cm) the last time they measured I was 29 cm, she booked me for a growth scan, anyone experienced this? Is it normal?

I had this last week at 33 and it’s normal, it’s classed as more risky if you are over 97th percentile, but if you’re under that’s perfectly okay. If you’re over 97% percentile at 31 weeks that could absolutely change over the next few weeks, but I wouldn’t worry too much, your growth scan will let you know and so will the following (:
I was measured at 26 weeks measuring 31 so went for a scan, baby was on 89th centile. Went for a scan 2 weeks later and he’d gone up to the 97th centile.. I’m now seeing a consultant but my baby also has extra fluid around him too which is not ideal!
