Coming up to 16 weeks and my back is in BITS!! Is anyone else experiencing bad back ache? ☹️

Same here. I’m 16 weeks too and my back and waist! OMG . I got a sleeping pillow and it helps a bunch tho. Not the regular bogus ones. If you want maybe I can send a slink or something. For the first time ever, I woke up with no waist/back pains

Same, it’s so painful. I’ve had a pregnancy massage hoping it would help but it hasn’t! X

I use a back support for pregnancy it helps loads!
