I don't remember cramps like this with my first they don't last long they come and go i am 4 weeks can I take paracetamol?

Mine are definitely stronger this time compared to last, I am not sure if the c section I had has anything to do with it too?
I was a natural birth last time - my husband did mention potential internal trauma making them more painful?! I had such a lovely pregnancy last time and now panicking already at 4 weeks 😭
If something doesn’t feel right always always get checked, I was 7weeks with very bad cramps the doctor just told me to take paracetamol, had to get a scan to realise it was an ectopic, always just listen to your body and no harm in double checking x

I’m feeling exactly the same! This is my second (first baby is 2.5 years) and I couldn’t even tell I was pregnant for the first 12 weeks last time as no symptoms. I’m 4 weeks and this morning I was in agony - I took a paracetamol at 7am and now just have a dull achey feel. I’m so nervy something is wrong, but spoke with maternity and they just said to keep an eye and make contact if start to bleed.
