How long did it take you to start lifting weights and or doing squats without any issues?

Got into yoga at 6 weeks and started jogging at 8 weeks (I was a big runner before baby though). I got back into my usual HIIT workouts with squats and light weights around week 12 and was race running at 16 weeks. I had a very calm cat 3 though with no issues, fuss free recovery xx

I went back to my trainer at 12 weeks pp, we took it very slowly and built strength back up gradually. I have really worked on form rather than weight, be kind to yourself

I do squats 6 months PP and I’m out for a week if I tense up too much. Slower things like Pilates are great though (: all depends on how you feel and what your body can handle
