@Emma it’s just so dry and bumpy im hoping it’s not turning into eczema
The acne should ease up soon then if he’s 2 months! How often do you bath him and do you always use soap?
Oh yeah my boy had super bad acne i gave him milk baths and instantly cleared him up
@Emma once a week or just when he’s stinky from poops. And I use breastmilk and baby soap
I did milk baths a few times, used mustela cleansing water , breast milk and aquaphor healing ointment on the affected areas
I would skip the baby soap on the head part for sure…. It will only dry out
Kokoso coconut oil. Just amazing!!
I used Boobie milk and mustela cleansing water and moisturiser which seemed to help
i use cerave baby lotion and it works really well for the dry forehead

How old is bubs? Baby acne will pass, you don’t need to do anything at all for it. You’re also doing the best thing for dry skin with the olive oil! Keep it up and if it doesn’t ever resolve get in touch with you Paed ☺️
