How often do you bathe your baby?

Me and my partner currently bathe our baby once a week, unless she is particularly dirty. A few friends have commented that this isn't enough, but I'm sure when we did our baby care class they said its not necessary to do more unless they're quite soiled. Interested to see what everyone else does! The bathe routine is so tiring I can't imagine doing it more haha

Every day pretty much. After dinner because shes always covered in food!

Everyday, but no soap unless needed

At least mine is always crawling and playing on the floor, getting dirty with food, snacks also some different people carrying her sometimes so we basically bath her every day. A lot of bacteria would accumulate if it was just once a week.

We bathed our eldest pretty much every day had a lovely bedtime routine but now with 2 it's hard to fit it in so he gets bathed 2-3 times a week

You do you, if once a week works for you, that’s fine! We do every other day-ish usually. He has a top and tail wash the other days, and we wash his hands.

Twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays unless she's particularly dirty after nursery

We bath my little girl every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, then either Friday or Saturday. She loves baths so I wouldn't do less x

We did twice a week before weaning but now that shes eating and very messy its every other day and a good clean three times a day as well

We do when my partners not working a late shift so Tues Thurs and sun (we also have a near 3yo so I don’t have the energy to tackle a solo double bath 😂)

We did once a week and now it's a shower once a day before bed, but she ends up in a bath after eating too

Once a week for us - but i do wipe him down morning and night every day and his face/hands constantly 🙈 If he has had a particularly sicky day or bad nappies etc then id do extra baths where needed xx

Every night as part of her routine and because she gets really dirty after eating, playing and crawling

Everyday. Imagine pooing yoyr pants everyday and just being wiped off and not washing off all the bacteria etc for a week... Id feel disgusting lol. My boy has been having daily baths since his Umbilical fell off and haor washing once a week unless hes managed to get sick in his hair

I do every other day sometimes every 2nd day if we are really busy and don’t have time but she gets washed down daily, it’s a personal choice for whatever works best for your family don’t let others experiences make you feel like you should be doing anything different if it works why change it x

I feel everyday is too much for their skin. Twice a week for us and then extra body washes if needed. But I generally do a bowl with warm water, bit of baby bath gel and soft disposable bamboo wipe / or normal baby wipe on changing mat most mornings or evenings to freshen up her neck crease, face, hands, between toes and down there for a little freshen up.

Twice a week for us , we used to do it everyday till her skin got sore and we was advised by the doctor twice a week is more than enough Sunday and Wednesday Or Tuesday and Saturday Depending on weekend plans

At the moment every other day but getting messier with food & rolling around more so everyday will start soon

Every night as part of his routine, bath, bottle and bed 😊

We do twice a week, partially because I don’t think it’s all that necessary to wash her every day and partially because her skin is prone to eczema and we were recommended to keep the washing to 1-2 times a week. I wouldn’t worry. You know when your baby needs a wash.

About 3 times a week
