Newborn trenches are no joke! I’m a single parent to the most beautiful little girl 💖 my baby is 19 days old and suffering from either colic or reflux, I’ve managed to get her a GP app but not until next Monday!
I’m using infacol and winding after every ounce but she screams in pain for 10/20 mins after each feed! Anyone got any tips? Also was told I can’t use gripe water until 4 weeks

We have been giving our girl 0.3mL of Gas Remedy (Simethicone) in/with each of her bottles since the very early days when she had tons of tummy pain and gas. She hasn’t had issues since, and we still do it to this day. She loves gripe water, which we’ll give her from time to time if she’s fussy (rare) or fighting sleep, but the Simethicone works wonders for anything gas related — giving it to her before or in her bottle keeps it from ever being an issue to begin with. I also think it helps her bowel movements. Best of luck!
