Which Body wash and oil are you using for your baby ?
I used aveeno for my girl & she has my husband’s skin which is very nice. She hardly had dry skin, used coconut oil on her. However, my boy have sensitive like mine, has dry patch on face which m trying to heal by using breastmilk. I don’t know if it’s because I used cheap body wash from the savers. I’m intending to use aveeno again for him too.

We use nala's baby body wash and night time oil, it smells lovely and we've had no issues with reactions or anything like that
I use the little angels sentive head to toe wash, child's farm baby oil (organic coconut) for her hair when it's wet and then I sometimes use a lavender bedtime moisturiser for any other bits of dry skin because she had it super bad as a newborn and now she's completely smoothe and dry skin free x
