I stopped all at 12 weeks. And I only took folic acid and Vit D this time And she is fine

@Charlotte I miss taking my folic acid because it causes nausea and I feel nauseous at the thought of it 🤢

I have hyperemesis so no chance of keeping them down. No issues with baby, all looking good. Also certain brands of prenatals are known to cause nausea! I don’t really think it matters after 12 weeks. Although I do take vitamin D as advised by the midwife/consultant

I stopped them all at 12 weeks too. Both myself and baby girl are healthy

I still take the pregnancy multivitamins when I remember.... Which isn't often 🙈

I stopped and then my iron tanked so I’d encourage people to take Pregnacare or something similar the whole way through cause now I’m fighting a losing battle against anemia 🙈

I have continued to take all the vitamins recommended.

Twin pregnancy here so still taking all my vitamins. Iron levels are hanging on in there…

I stopped but take vitamin D and iron supplements as they were both low. Iron is very important!

I've always taken pregnacare. Mostly because I know my iron was often low pre pregnancy so I thought I'd keep it up and hopefully not drop too much!

I didn’t take any except folic acid as pregnacaregived me palpitations

I've continued to take my vitamins. Anything to keep my baby healthy and growing well. I also take vitamin D and omega 3 as I don't eat oily fish and it's super important for their brain development.

I actually double dose on my vitamins due to extreme fatigue and nausea. Suggested by my GP. Helps keep my nutrient levels up.

Strongly recommend doing some research about continuing vitamins, particular iron and omega 3.
