Ruff housing

My husband always rough houses with me too hard for example picking me up and throwing me on to a couch, I always always tell him no I don’t like it and that he’s to hard and it hurts. He never says sorry and tells me I’m being a cry baby. Also if he gets mad at me in public and I try to hold his hand he will throw it off him or slap my hand away… is this normal?

What does he say when at a time when you’re both just sitting, you tell him that this behavior really bothers you and it is really important to you that the behavior stops?

Maybe he feel dominate by doing so?

This is a type of abuse. You should leave now before you starts breaking your ribs.

If it’s not a game to you it’s not funny and unacceptable. I’m much smaller than my partner and we wrestle but playfully and he knows not to take it too far. I usually initiate it. But if that’s not your situation this is a big red flag 🚩

He sounds like a bully

I poke my bf and punch him lightly when I’m bored or something and he’ll do it back but harder. I’m weak and he’s stronger than he thinks so I’ll tell him that hurt and he’ll say that’s not even me putting strength into it. So I would do it back harder but yeah it’s hurt me. Getting mad in public to me is childish but if he’s not even holding your hand wtf??
