I’ve been getting lower back pain as well, I just moved house so was lifting things (obviously nothing heavy) but my lower back isn’t happy. I plan to do some stretching exercises, I find cat cow and child’s pose are really good for lower back, and seated twist - search for pregnancy stretches on YouTube.
@Clare that’s great, thank you! we recently moved too, it was four days before i found out i was pregnant and did a lot of heavy lifting, i also work in childcare so i carry a lot of children which might be making my pain worse so i guess i need to stop lifting to ease the strain, but ill definitely look into those exercises you’ve mentioned xx
I’m entering 2nd trimester, first pregnancy and my lower back pain has flared up tonight with a vengeance for the first time this pregnancy. Think it’s the sciatic nerve. I literally feel like I need a walking stick 🤦♀️🤦♀️ so I feel your pain! Literally!
