Child care on UC
Hey guys does anyone know how UC for child care works? I reported that my baby was starting nursery at the end of this month last month to them and I sent them all the payments invoices but I just checked my account now they haven’t paid the money in for child care 😭what do I do

@Alex no nothing they’ve not requested anything else. Yeah have left a note but I just don’t understand why they won’t pay when have already paid and she’s starting and I’m going to work pt smh 🤦♀️
Definitely chase them up on it, might be that it was given after the assessment period cut off so will be backdated into next months payment but that’s just a guess 😅 sorry hope you get it sorted tho x

Have they requested anything else to be sent on your to do list? They do it to me randomly and won’t pay until I give them what they want. If not it might show up on your next months payment but I’d leave a message on your journal querying this for peace of mind 😊
