what do you mean by upright? @Frankie
Once you feed her do you hold her up right as in with her head up and feet down this helps with burps and hiccups and I noticed my little girl doesn’t spit up as much after feeds when I do this! I’ve seen women advice to stop them feeding every few mins too to burp to get the air out hope that helps x
My baby girl used to throw up alot of her feeds when she was newborn but she just grew out of it but I'm guessing it was reflux but she still gags in her sleep some nights xx
Reflux I would imagine. My first had this and vomited after every feed until I weaned him at 6 months. In the end, we gave him anti reflux milk, which helped but didn't stop it completely. I would talk to your GP and/or health visitor about strategies for reflux. The GP can prescribe things but it does tend to lead to constipation. Are they gaining weight normally?
I found that infacol helped my little one it helped get the gas up as he was struggling to burp and the spit up is considerably less than befor
It sounds like reflux, you could try keeping her upright during her feeds and for longer afterwards. It might not be but it sounds that way, my LO is quite windy and sicky sometimes and I often give her a small amount of gripe water after her feeds. I hope this helps
