Better to be safe than sorry though at least you’ve got to see baby extra times. That’s the way I’m looking at it. I was told baby is measuring big at 32 weeks and now I’m having extra scans and seeing a consultant and I’m grateful for the extra care but also appreciate size does need to be taken with a pinch of salt sometimes
Yeah there is often a margin of error with these scans, they predicted my first would be bigger but he was 6lb 7oz now they are telling me that my first was small but he was full term at 40 weeks + 2 and I didn't consider him a small baby he was just right. My current one is measuring 5lb 14oz they reckon.
I’ve got another scan on Sunday and I’ll be 34+3 so be interesting to see what mine is measuring
I just had one 33+5 baby is weighing 5lb 6 said he’s big
With these bigger babies do you think we will get offered an induction or c section or just monitoring?!
Yep. My scans have been fine all the way through until I had my 36 week on Friday.. now they have me booked in for another one on my due date cuz he has dropped a centile line.
