I didnt do it every day as it depended on what I had time for and what the weather was like as long as you are going out and about with your little one then it will be fine don't put pressure on yourself plus most the time mine would fall asleep in the pushchair still does alot of the time

Yh same he does fall asleep too . Just felt guilty and wondered if its OK. Well weather is never fantastic as you know . I left him.nehind with his dad yesterday and today I feel like taking him out. I guess better to go out with them...

Yep. Because of my anxiety it’s important for me to get out every day

You do what you feel is best and what works for you everybody is different with different things to get done and different routines when they are babies they don't as much letting energy off as they do when they are older it's more about the learning experience and getting some fresh air in them it doesnt have to be that long either and it's good to leave them behind sometimes they will learn that you will come back and gives you a bit of time without them which there isnt anything wrong with

If I didn't feel so horrible recovering from a c section and pp hypertension, I would be out everyday

I did because I have a dog I had to go out all weathers. I wore my baby and he would stay sound asleep. I have a baby wearing coat and he was super snug and protected from the wintery weather.

You do what you feel. There is no right or wrong. It is better to go out because at the end it helps you both, but there is no obligation. I wasn't going out everyday, I was pushing myself to do so but it was more than "I have to" that a pleasure so, I just did it when I was feeling up to it.

I did and now I do with my toddler

Can I ask what do you mean you feel guilty? I am sure it’s lovely for baby to get fresh air, hear different sounds etc? Those scandi babies spend a lot of time outside and they are happiest countries !

@Caroline thank you . Guilty as in him vibrating for time.in the pushchair. Sorry if u sound ignorant but are vibrations of the pushchair for a fee hours harmful for him?

How about using a wrap or sling to carry baby? I didn’t think about vibration but given that 99% of mums in the park have baby in prams I assume vibrations are a minimum and soothes baby !
