We have a jumperoo, playmat, ball pit, loads of sensory toys like balls, light up stuff and like a little table which he can stand on so he probably has about 3-4 plays a day including tummy time and everything else. We like to completely wear him out for bedtime 😂 he does have a play with us where he’s just sat on the sofa with a few of his toys or watching Mickey Mouse, he absolutely loves to be active but every baby is different, I just think it helps with their development x
It depends on what you class as playtime to be honest! A lot of interaction, but some is when I'm doing housework kind of making it a game. I find that it's an easy age for playing because they don't grasp the concept of organised fun, seeing you flap a sheet onto the bed is hilarious. Actual time laying on her playmat WITH her, or me doing things with her toys is minimal if I'm honest! X
@Natalia I'm in this same boat! Really struggling to carve time out in the day for play with this little one.
Whatever she fancies, sometimes she's happy laying there and exploring by herself, sometime she whinges until I'm playing with her
