Where is my babies poo?!

My pediatrician told me that breastfed babies can go up to a week without pooping. I wouldn't worry yet unless baby seems uncomfortable

@Kristen I've also read this online too. It seems like he's straining trying to push something but most of the time he let's out wind. He occasionally does have a screaming session in the day when massaging his belly

My first used to go 7-10 days without a poo! Then there'd be an explosion 💥

I was always told if there isn’t at least one every 24-48 hours take them in.

For EBF babies, my doctor wouldn’t even give us an appointment until it has been 10 days! This is totally normal. They are using every last drop to make themselves grow, with minimal waste.

Wow that’s crazy. I think my lil dude went 1 day and I was concerned and then he had a blow out the next day.

Wow didn’t know this! My lo is 7 weeks. When does the no poo start?

Update 7 days later he has finally done it! Biggest poo I've ever seen. Thank you ladies for your reassuring stories and advice x
