Hi all, can someone help as I have no idea what I’m doing!
I have a Mamas & Papas Flip XT3. I’ve refitted the cosy insert bit but it doesn’t look right. His head is taller than the back part so he doesn’t fit snugly at all.
Have it fit it wrong? Or is this just for little babies? Do I need to get the next size up?

It just needs pulling up, I have a mamas and papas strada and it’s similar
I'd say it needs to be further up if possible. Maybe his shoulder straps need to be moved to the next one up if there's the option x
I have the Ocarro and it looks the same - it’ll last the child for as long as they fit the pushchair. It looks like you have the straps through the highest hole in the insert, but not the highest holes in the back of the seat so it’s being pulled down. Have a fiddle around - I’d suggest putting the straps through the next set of holes down.

Is there not a separate cosy toes part for pram or can you unzip it from the carrycot lining, I would say they just go into the padded part of seat, deffo not sure the carrycot part can be used as an insert when its the toddler part x
