Early scans !!!!!

I went saw today. Sadly irregular gestation sac so been told it’s not viable wait for miscarriage to start. They saw sac. Yolk sac and 2mm embryo tho but not viable

@Courtney I'm so sorry for your loss xx

It is quite early so it might end up as a transvaginal scan, I had one about the same time with my first, we saw the yolk sack, the little almost tadpole looking embryo at that point and a heartbeat 💓 xx

I just want to see a heartbeat 💗 xxxx

@Yasmin fingers crossed for you! I am so keen to have a scan we are going when I am 8 weeks and I am so tempted to move it forward 🫣

@Megan we were gna book at 8 weeks but decided just to go at 7 coz we r couldn't wait 😂😂

@Yasmin Thankyou I’m so upset as baby is measuring perfect and just because the sac is odd shape they said it’s not viable. Just hate now having to wait potentially weeks to lose it :(

I have one tomorrow. I’ll be 6+5 x

@Emily yes should’ve been fine I still feel fine all symptoms but sac means it won’t hold apparently so have to wait for the miscarriage to start I’m back in a week to start the process if doesn’t in meantime but I still feel exactly as I have been. All the pregnancy symptoms no bleeding

I went at 6+2 with my first and this was his scan privately done, I had one at 6+1 this time on the NHS but wasn’t as great quality but going again at 7+5 privately☺️x

@Caitlin this is amazing 🤩 Can I ask when u went at 6+2 was that based on the first day of ur last period xxxx

@Yasmin no I didn’t ovulate until CD28 with my first so in NHS books I was 8 weeks roughly but I knew I was only 6 weeks at the time☺️xx

@Caitlin okay 👌 I will be 6+5 but that's going by first day of last period xxxx

@Yasmin if your cycles are fairly regular and you think you ovulate mostly around CD14 you should be fine but don’t be worried if they date you a week earlier than you thought🥰 I’m out by 3 weeks but that’s just because how irregular I am, especially after my most recent MC🤍xx

I am usually regular like every 28 days give or take a day. So should I be ok for scanning ? I don't understand it all xxx

@Yasmin I have managed to convince him to let us go for a scan a week earlier now 😂👏🏻

I had one last week at 6+3, it was transabdominal, baby measured 6+4 and we saw and heard the heart beat (136bpm) and baby measured 0.72cm ❤️

I had one at 6+2 and we saw the baby and the heartbeat! This was transvaginal though. Turned out I was actually 6+5. Was hugely reassuring and so pleased I did it! xx
