Prunes. Pears x

Peaches, pears, and plums!

Mine eat 2 prunes a day.

We struggle with this, too. Try an epsom salt bath and exercise. Use about a cup of epsom salt in a tub full of water. And have your toddler soak for 15-20 minutes. Also, get your toddler to run/play hard for as long as he/she can or go for a walk, toddler walking or cycling. You'll want to increase liquid intake and fiber. The easiest way in our house is fruit, specifically oranges, my daughter loves canned mandarins. Prunes help, but they only help once and my daughter just doesn't love them, so she doesn't eat them regularly. Did you know prunes are dried plums? Plums help too. I've always heard the foods that start with p help with constipation, but berries are full of fiber, too. Also peanuts. Or any nuts, but peanuts and pecans start with a p, (thinking p foods are supposed to help the most) but all nuts have fiber. Same thing with the veggie train ;) pumpkin, peas and potatoes/sweet potatoes, but again, all veggies have fiber. And last, beans and lentils! They're super high in fiber.

@Keylii thank you!!

Is he hurting? I’ve had 2 close friends with 3 year olds that poop irregularly. Their own anxiety seems to make it worse and all this extra fuss about pooping makes the kids more likely to hold it in. If baby isn’t hurting, let him be!

Chamomile tea! We always pour about a tablespoon in with our son’s milk or water and it always helps him with gas and bowel movements. It’s especially helpful when he has eaten something that disagrees with him!

Parents choice pear juice is a must!

White grape juice!
