Yes and I take my sugar reading and break the fast. But I assumed it was because I’m eating dinner very early. My body can only fast for 6-8 hours it spikes and starts going up with my fasting numbers. If I fasted longer than that my numbers wouldn’t be 95 even with meds and a heavy protein shake before bed. I’m doing the fairlife 42 G protein shake before bed to help me keep my numbers down til 12-2 am

Yes, but I've started drinking a boost before bed, and that seems to hold me long enough for a fasting test in the morning

@Katie no no as in the meal supplement drink I have the one with extra protein and fiber. My fasting numbers are still low the next morning after having it before bed
