car choices!!🚗

Struggling to decide what kind of car I would like/need for being a first time mum. I’m 23 and just don’t think I’m ready for a “mum” car yet. What car did you have when you were a mum for the first time and would you wish you had something different to make it easier etc?🤪 I have been looking at VW Golf/SEAT Leon/Audi A3 😌

I had a Peugeot 207 when I first had my twins and it was a brilliant wee car. I’d double check your pram fits in the boots of whatever car you chose cause that was my only issue with my Peugeot!

I've a ford focus estate and love it perfect for getting the pram in the boot and still loads of room for shopping etc

Anything with a larger boot and room for your child to grow. Had a 1 series and swapped to an X3. Go to a mixed dealership that sells multiple makes models and try a few out when you see some boot sizes it quickly rules them out

I have an A4 and due in November, I got a new car back in March and was deciding between an A4 and golf. I was changing from a vw troc cause it was too big. Love everything about the A4, fits the pram perfectly, car seat fits perfectly. Only thing I don't like is our dogs can't go in the boot. Probably should have changed to a golf in hindsight.

I have a Seat Leon that I kind of got stuck with when my partner got a company car and mine was paid off and his Leon wasn't. I have to say I have hated going from my other car (Renault Captur) to his, its so low that my back is broke stooping in and out of it to the car seat and I feel like a boy racer in it.. As soon as I can I plan to change it! But if you are considering it I will say we've never had any trouble with it and it has good boot space 😊

I had a Seat Leon when i was pregnant and it probably would have been fine - but cramped! I changed to a seat Ateca and i love it plenty of room&nice to drive x

I recently changed my three door fiesta to a five door fiesta for our baby coming. Roomy enough, reliable, affordable to buy as well as fix if you had any issues x

I have a polo. It’s a great size (I think!), fits everything in
