Scared the sack is empty

I went to my 8 week first ultrasound on Thursday and they found the gestational sack but nothing in it. They said the sack was measuring 5 weeks and 6 days. My son was from a delayed ovulation and was very slow to grow at the beginning but this time I'm scared. Either there is no baby or it's growing way slower than my first. I'm praying so much that this baby is just taking its time. I get my hcg and progesterone tested tomorrow to see if the pregnancy is progressing and my next ultra sound is at my 10 week mark.
