After some advice

So I’m 9+2 days pregnant with my first baby and keep getting cramps around my lower stomach more to the middle and I was wondering if it’s normal I have been very paranoid with this pregnancy as I got told I couldn’t have kids so to find out I am was a surprise in its self any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It’s normal I get them too and did with my last pregnancy, I think it’s your uterus stretching

@Lor that’s brilliant thank you so much been so paranoid

Hey. Congratulations! I get it really bad too, apparently it’s the hormones stretching all the ligaments and the uterus - mine started at 6 weeks!

Hey! I had this at week 8 and some of 9 I’m at 10 now and it’s settled! It was like a cramp and a sharp pulling pain, I did go to the early pregnancy unit as it’s my first and I had no idea if it was normal or not! They did reassure me that there’s so many different things going on and our body is adjusting to change so it’s normal 😊 x

I get this most days. Most of the time I would describe it as a pulling sensation but at times it feels a bit like a mild period cramp. I wouldn’t say it was at all painful, just that I know something is happening if that makes sense.

Yeah it feels like period cramps some times it’s not bad enough to take paracetamol but it’s enough where I know it’s there

@Francesca thank you x
