epidural pain

4 days pp since i had an induced labour, i had spinal block and epidural. I got the shakes the same day but im really struggling with mobility. I keep finding the my hips and legs ceasing up as in difficulty to move them and causing loads of pain to sit, bend, move my legs back and forth i feel as if i need to drag my legs to walk😫. Has anyone else had this…do you reckon i should go triage regarding this or not? I’ve been using hot water bottle on my back and between my legs and hot baths to help but it’s only a temporary soothe. I’ve also been getting chills whilst at home finding that im really cold but my heating on 30 and i don’t want to overheat my baby !
