Hcg question
So my last period was 4th September which makes me 5 weeks but I was actually be around 2-3weeks.
I have had implantion bleeding for 4days plus pinkish blood only spotting no pains etc.
Today I was in hospital for a blood test and my hcg was 69. Is this good or bad?
Iv had 2 misscariages so far so this pregnancy terrifies me atm expesially with the bleeding.

@Hattie I ovulated 2-3 weeks ago but my app says 5 weeks 5days today which would then make me around 3weeks this week. But this morning I passed a clot and have pains in my belly so yeah I know it's a misscariage as I was in the hospital yesterday getting scanned etc I have an appointments tomorrow in the hospital to measure my hcg
@Natalie if you ovulated 2-3 weeks ago that makes you nearly 6 weeks pregnant. They should have been able to see something with a scan at that stage. I'm so sorry for your loss xx
@Hattie yeah I'm 5 weeks 5days today, I did get a scan yesterday but because I'm not actually 5weeks 5days there was nothing they could measure as its so so small, they only seen the sac space but no baby formed yet

Is 2-3 weeks based on your ovulation date? 2-3 weeks pregnant would mean you only conceived a week ago (as it's supposed to be from your last period date so you add 2 weeks on)? 69 is on the low side. Clear blue tests will say 2-3 weeks from 150. Most pregnancy tests will only show a positive above 50. If you only conceived a week ago, that would be fine, but it sounds like you had a positive test last week? If that's the case, it sounds like your levels are dropping. I'm really sorry, I would prepare yourself for the likelihood that this is another miscarriage x
