Weird nausea triggers

Yep… I can’t blow my nose without being sick 🙈😂

i’ve been feeling nauseous for a while, but yesterday in bed my partners whisky breathe made me feel so sick! he only had one whisky and coke at home but i could smell it so strongly when we were saying goodnight i was like j cant even 😭 i don’t usually have triggers, but also yesterday evening i was brushing my teeth and then the first time ever, i gagged whilst brushing my teeth?? it was as if i put the toothbrush too far in my mouth but that wasn’t the case at all, it was only on my teeth and then suddenly i just gagged so hard it was awful haha xxxx

My tea coffee and sugar pots are metal with a wooden lid every time I open them I gag 😂😭

The heating being turned on 🤢

Focusing! If I need to focus on a spreadsheet at work I gag!

The sight / smell of a banana, even hearing the word and typing this now has me going! Hearing people burp makes me want to gag too😂
