I'm in the same boat. Except I gained double. Don't seem to loose no matter how much the deficit caloric is. Is hard to stay motivated. I try to tell myself is better than keep eating bad stuff and not moving . And keep hoping one day change will start.
I'm 7 months postpartum and a pre/ postpartum fitness trainer. Even I struggled to get motivated after giving birth. I started going on walks with baba in the pram but it was speed walks so I worked up a bit of a sweat and that helped. I've also starting teaching my online classes from month 5 and the community of women have really helped. So maybe you should join group to stay motivated and accountable. I have some mother and baby workouts on my page if you want some fun ideas. https://www.instagram.com/fit.withange?igsh=MWEzdmZwaDlodjlhdQ==
It took 9 months for your body to change so it will take time to repair. Focus on your intrinsic core stabilisers; plank, heal slides, pelvic floor contractions, deadbug and single leg exercises will help. Spend time swimming or walking. I'm a pre and postnatal personal trainer if you want advice message me xx

My biggest thing was food/snacks! So now I prepare all my meals for the week and even on the days I really can’t be bothered I can grab something healthy I’ve prepared out the freezer and pop it in the microwave 🤷♀️
