I’ve gotten this a little bit. I’ve found that standing up a few times and then sitting back down on the toilet eases some of the pain instead of continuing to sit there until I’m done. A bit weird and takes longer, but it’s helped with some of the lightning crotch and leg pain I was getting

@Benet, I do have a squaty potty, but it doesn't seem to work for me as the cramps and contractions get worse.

Magnesium is also just great for everything and might help to add a bit more, especially if you’re at all constipated. I do the powder calm magnesium once a day and it helps ease some of my leg cramps too
This is normal. I had the same when I delivered last week. Your baby’s head is right there and your body is contracting at the same time. Just take it slow. You’re almost there.
