Back pain

Im trying to rule out if epidural leaves back pain a few days after birth or it’s from how positioned I was in the hospital beds or something else 🤔 someone help me!

I've never had one but I've heard a lot of women say that they have back pain after!

I had one and had pain in my back completely across the area they put it in. breastfeeding without proper support or posture also will cause back pain

I will say I was terrified of getting an epidural and that was one of the reasons why, but I’ve only had back pain from carrying the baby and breast feeding and being bent over to change diapers. I don’t know how far out you are, but mine is a little over two weeks old and my back is a lot better than it was. Sorry I don’t have any more concrete info

I had back pain for a bit after both. A belly band helped with it PP. And over time the pain went away. Currently 1 week PP and use my belly band when moving around a bit.

@Kamari 💛 how long did the pain last ?

@Chelle I agree with you, I feel like mines could be that too if it’s not from the epidural because I’ve been bending over for the diaper changes as well. I’m just four days out.
