Yeah, that’s pretty normal. It’s probably partially nerve damage too.
Mine was like that after I had my daughter I’m still sore, but I do like the chiropractor
This is why I’m scared of the epidural 😭
I’ve had 5 epidurals. Going to the chiro when I was pregnant helped a bit but yes, I need to go back. The postpartum aches and pains in the lower back and legs . 😌 I hope you feel better soon!
Thank God I don’t feel this pain
@Xowi most hospitals have other options but I had just moved and hadn’t got a OB and I had to get rushed to the first hospital and they only had epidurals I originally wanted the gas thing
@Xowi ain’t nothing to be scared of an epidural for labor without it is worse. It’s just a little pinch in your back and then a burn and if the guy does it right or here she does it right you’ll be fine nerve damages typical it was a little bit of pain afterwards.
@Samantha i genuinely don’t know how and im not saying this in a “braggy” way but with my twins i was in pain but i didn’t even realize it was labor, i showed up to the ER fully dilated and +1 station but ended up being put to sleep for an emergency c section. Now I just fight in my mind all the time about if I should get one next time since i didn’t realize I was even in labor last time, but my next pregnancy could be completely different and I could feel everything. I just don’t want back pain while dealing with two kids and a new baby🥲
@Xowi each pregnancy is going to be different. My daughter I knew I was in labor. It felt like period cramps still got real bad by the time I was 6 cm I was begging for that epidural
@Phyllis I have been looking into the gas and I think that’s what I would like too for next time. But I’m sorry that you have to deal with the pain for now 🫶🏼
Yes!!! It’s normal but go to a chiropractor, if you can. A lot of the pain can come from the hips so they can show you stretches to help alleviate that back pain.
