Yes, extremely painful period cramps that will literally stop you in your tracks! I remember feeling my stomach get tight and then the pain just came!

What you are describing sounds Braxton Hicks. True labor is intense period cramps, track time and frequency if you noticing it more intensely.

It holds true- you WILL know what contractions feel like. I went in once at term (went 41weeks) for Braxton hicks but contractions are next level. Ive mastered breathing excersises for getting tattoos but contractions, I was probably hyperventilating lol

Extremely painful period cramps. When I went into labor with my son it started with my stomach tightening and my back felt like I was in a demonic movie it was burning bad. It progressively got to painful cramping and you can’t breathe. I mean you could be in labor.
