Growth scan

Has anyone not been informed where there baby is on the growth chart. I have a scan next Friday ( I’ll be 35 weeks) as I have moved hospital but in my prior scans and midwife appointments I haven’t ever been told how baby girl is weight wise. Does that mean she’s normal for where she should be 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you been having growth scans? They will only tell you an estimated weight if you’re having growth scans and it’ll be written in your scan reports. They don’t do it for the 12 & 20 week scans

I've had 3 growth scans.. being 28weeks 32weeks and 36 weeks I have another at 38 weeks (Thursday) they always have a appointment with midwifes after the scan to discuss everything with you x

The only time I've been explicitly told is when I explicitly asked. If they have any concerns they tell you. I've had two growth scans at 31 and 33 weeks. If there were any concerns they'll tell you as then they're discussing yours and babies health. I find the centile from my measurements on the growth chart on my badger notes but the scan reports from my scans have never been pulled through to my Badger Notes. I suppose I could ask for them but to be honest, as long as she's ok I don't really care for the numbers etc. the weight is interesting to know but it's only an arbitrary estimation on that day. 6 weeks later I have no idea what she weighs and I'll just find out when she's born I suppose!

I have regular growth scans and they never physically told me, each time I have a scan they put some paperwork in the back of my book and on there it says an estimated weight xx

My hospital still uses physical notes and all my growth scans go in there along with the main chart that they mark after each growth scan. Do you have badger notes or physical paper notes?

Ooh yes. Just checked my physical notes and I do have it in there. Got slightly panicked 🤪🤣
