Baby poo smelling of vinegar
My baby has had very loose nappies for about a week, doing 7-10 poos a day / night. I’ve put it down to teething as there have been teeth coming through. However this morning his poo smelt strongly of vinegar and he has a temperature as well. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

The vinegar smell happened when my little boy was teething
This happened to my little girl, went on for 2 weeks, took her to the doctors and they weren’t concerned, stool sample came back normal too x
