Back Labour?
I’ve been having a full ache in my back every 10ish mins. The ache comes in a wave and lasts about 30 seconds. It’s not painful but uncomfortable. Could this be the start of labour?

If it’s evening time where you are, (which is when labour tends to start), just keep an eye on it… it may be like this for a few more days yet, and come and go before getting stronger
My labour started with backache. I’d suggest taking a bath, if it’s true labour it usually ramps things up and if it’s false labour it usually settles it
