For those taking restavit ( I believe in other countries you guys call it unisom?).
Are you just taking it at night or in the day aswell?

@Robynn I don’t use Facebook unfortunately! I just find that it makes me super drowsy so I’ve only been taking it at night. I was just curious if the effects of the medication last into the next day because iv gone a few nights without it and iv instantly gone so downhill and been so sick the past few days..
It will make you very very drowsy for a couple of weeks at least, then you’ll build a tolerance and it won’t be as bad.

I only took it at night, but heaps of women take it during the day too. In the HG Australia support group on Facebook, women share their med regime and most did half a tablet in the morning, half at lunchtime, and a full one at night.
