Baby has long legs?!

So at my last ultrasound they mentioned my baby has quite long legs?! (Says OOR on report which I’m guessing means out of range?!) I’m only 5’5 and my partner is only like 5’10 so I’m really confused as to why she’s got long legs, is this something to be worried about? Has anyone ever experienced this?

My baby has long legs, i am 5,6 and my husband is 5,10 and she is out of range. She is 2weeks old and perfect, she doesn't fit most new born onsies because of her long legs and big feet..nothing to worry about.

They will tell you if it’s something to be concerned about. She’s like just a taller girl and there’s no worry unless they tell you to worry! Goodluck

My baby has long legs. She is 6 months old, at all of her ultrasounds they always said she has long legs. I am 5'1 and my hubby is 6'0. She is definitely sizes up in her footie onsies before her regular onsies just because of her legs. Her pants are all capris. She has dad's long legs but petite like mom

Did they say it as a compliment, or were they concerned? That sounds like a compliment to me.

My baby is tall! He came out at 22’ and is now 25’ two months later. I’m a short human only 5 feet and so is my fiancé just got some lucky genetics 😂

My last scan when pregnant I was told my babys head measurements on the small side, oor, her legs were always on the 85 percentile. Now she is here it's clear there is no issues with her head or legs. I'm sure your little one will be perfect

Bodysuits may be your friend, seperate pants when needed to go out. They'd have said so if they were worried.

Thank you everyone! I was just really confused where the tall legs came from because we’re both not tall?! At the ultrasound she said it more like a compliment but I was still a bit worried 😂 so is this quite normal for some people?

@Kayla aww really bless her, how cute! but that’s what I mean like I’m not tall and neither is my partner… so just confused where the long legs have came from 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Feriel this makes me feel a lot better! Can I ask what your baby’s femur length was measuring at 33/34 weeks? Cause my baby’s is 82.3% at 33 weeks 6 days and I just can’t stop worrying as they were normal at 20 weeks 😩
