Anyone with knowledge of PAPP-A?

Has anyone in the group had or currently dealing with PAPP-A anomalies? I am 19 weeks pregnant and was told following my quad testing that anomalies have been found. Would love any recommendations on how anyone else has navigated this and if there’s anything I can do to try and keep baby as safe as possible 💖

My tests came back that my PAPP-A was a little low at 12 weeks. So I was at risk of having a small baby so would have more growth scans to check my little one is growing okay. I was advised to take aspirin every day (which I have done so). Following my 23 week scan, my little one is tracking normal (not small) and I don’t need another growth scan until I’m 32 weeks. ☺️

I had this! They said my baby was too small and had a scan every month to monitor her, however she came out at 6lb 10 and completely healthy. They’ll give you aspirin to take more than likely. Try not to worry about it! Everything will be fine!

I had the same after my quad tests they told me I had a 50% chance of baby having Down’s syndrome or risk of smaller baby. They were both wrong. I had hrowgh scans from 32 weeks right up to 38 weeks. My baby was born a whopping 8lb 9. 🙂

Thanks such much ladies for replying, it’s really reassuring to hear that you’ve navigated through this and baby seems ok! Appreciate you all 💖
