I always have bubble baths - I’ve never heard anything about it not being safe. It’s the only time I’m comfortable in the bath 😆 I think the only safety concern with baths is to be sure your water isn’t too hot x

Thank u x

I've been having bubble baths the whole pregnancy pretty much! X

I started using Sanex zero bath foam in my second trimester but only because I am terrified of getting thrush again 🤣🤣 I doubt that’s how I got it before but I made lots of changes. Only time I am comfortable is in the bath and baby seems to love it too. Xx

I don’t think it’s not safe, but I do know that our bodies are a lot more sensitive to things especially down there and that this type of thing could trigger thrush, infections etc a lot easier than normal. Doesn’t mean it will though but if you suddenly had thrush, it could have been triggered by the soaps/bubble bath etc. I’d maybe avoid if you have had a issues already

I can happily say other than the midwife issues I have had no others *touch wood* issues x

I read about this in my first pregnancy and I’m sure it was down to the types of essential oils that can be in certain bath products, which they don’t advise using during pregnancy. You can buy pregnancy specific ones, there’s a My Little Coco Baby Mamma one which is nice but it doesn’t produce bubbles. I’ve been using a dash of the Radox ones as well, haven’t had any issues x

There are certain essential oils you should avoid. Clary sage is one of them, I can't remember the others. I'm a big Lush fan and all of my fave bath bombs I can't use 😂

I've been using my daughters baby bath lol x
