Period cramps!?

Yeah I have this last couple of days. I have a horrid cold and I didn’t know if it was like I’d pulled something when sneezing on repeat or if it’s pregnancy related but the fact it’s not constant makes think the latter is more likely

I've had this all day too. I remember it also with my 1st so I'm not panicking xxx

I had this as 7-9 weeks. Was so so painful, I’m someone that luckily has never suffered from period cramps. I went to a&e and it’s just your body doing its thing preparing for baby. As long as you don’t bleed it’s all fine. I know it’s so worrying as I even went to a&e but shortly after they stopped 🩵🩷

I had this earlier in the week and was worried about it. It lasted about 3 days for me and then eased up. My midwife said it was normal, and as long as they don’t become really painful and there’s no bleeding then it’s nothing to worry about
