Pregnant & scar pains ?

Hi ladies. I’m very early pregnant (like super duper early) but I keep getting twinges / pains across my old section scar (nearly 3 years post C-section!) I’ve always had the odd twinge / pull pain if I stand too quick or move awkwardly but it’s more prominent the past couple of weeks. I am overweight so I’m sure that is a factor but is this relatively normal or do we think the current pregnancy isn’t going to be viable hence the pains? If it is, will the pains get worse the more pregnant I am ?! Also side note any tips for a quick but safe / healthy weight loss whilst pregnant will be appreciated! I’ve got a peloton I have been using but not sure if I can continue that, and plan to take up swimming next week !!

If you’ve had pain even before pregnancy it’s probably healed scar tissue that needs to be released. Have you tried massage ? Afew months after my C-section I would rub my incision because I still felt numb and I brought the feeling back and released the tightness in the healed muscles

As for working out yes work out 20 mins a day keep it light if you weren’t working out previous to pregnancy and cut out all sugar sodas candies junk food you will lose weight quick and healthy replace your sweet cravings with GOOD fruit

Im the same. My lower tummy is more tender than normal since becoming becoming pregnant. I am also early. I'm also bigger. I started workout out a few months ths ago so been doing that and trying to watch what I eat. I've been told being pregnant after a c section that with everything stretching can have a bit of tenderness around the incisions and inside. I also get pulling and have since my c section. I'm 15 months pp
