Khan kids. But some of the games/instructions seem for children a little older. But good education wise.
The teletubbies apps! There’s one for each teletubby, my little girl loves them 🤣

The CBeebies apps are good and they’re free! My 4 year old really likes them, but I haven’t actually tried them with my 2 year old to know if she’d manage 😂 There’s quite a lot of apps if you just search something like baby games or toddler games and try them out!
