Major pelvic pain!

Does anyone have major pelvic pain? I’m 33wks and doing any type of exercises especially walking hurts so much. When I asked my doctor about it she says it’s normal. However it’s starting to hurt so bad I can’t lift my legs to even put on pants 😢 Anyone know of any relief tips?

i have no relief tips unfortunately and have been this way for the past three weeks (currently 34+4) walking, getting up and sitting down and getting out of bed are the absolute worst. we are almost there!

Get to a chiropractor or a physical therapist as soon as you can. I left it too long and ended up on crutches at 6m. I have a wheelchair now at 8m because I can’t put any weight on my left leg (major inflammation & compression of the sciatic nerve).

Yes :( even is uncomfortable to turn in bed at night ugh. I did start seeing a chiropractor weekly. I feel better for 2 ish days after seeing her, then pain slowly creeps back. But it does help a bit

I’ve been seeing mine twice a week. The relief is always quite temporary but it does help. I think I’d be a lot worse if I hadn’t gone to him, especially as the baby grows. I haven’t tried physical therapy but I’ve heard that’s good for it too if you can find a pelvic specialist. Turning in bed is the worst! I can last only about 15 minutes on either side.

Yes major!! 34 weeks

Acupuncture has been the best thing for me and swimming daily

I’m having the same problems but I gotta get up a certain way out of bed. Feel like my pelvic bone breaking like a wish bone. I think for the last couple of weeks I might have.. ima go on you to and do some pregnancy exercises maybe that will help.

Pelvic floor therapy has done wonders for me! I was in the same boat, barely able to put on pants or walk up stairs but my PT helped with massage and exercises. Try to engage your ab muscles before doing anything that hurts. Pull them up and use them to hug your baby. It's been a massive help for me.

I couldn’t sit or lay anywhere without discomfort. I actually found relief in the bathtub and on a bouncy ball I got on Amazon for like 20 bucks. I also stopped sleeping with others and shifted positions at night. But honestly I think the baby moved. That was probably it
