Baby Congestion.

My baby seems to be a bit congested, sounds like phlegm in his lungs, but I only hear it sometimes. Sometimes kind of chokes because of it. He is breathing fine and has no fever. Should I be worried?

Having this same issue!! I’ve been sucking it out his nose that seems to help a little

I took my baby to the doctor because of it and they basically said just try to keep his nose clear and come back in if symptoms don’t clear up in a week

I was told by my pediatrician it’s acid reflux. Babies can get it stuck in there basically and when they breath you can hear it. My baby always sounded congested but never had any boogers or anything….he’s better now but every once in a while ill still here it

@Celecia same!!! It does help a bit but I can still hear it in his lungs a bit, yes that’s what my pediatrician said, if he doesn’t have a fever or difficulty breathing, then it’s okay.. but it still freaks me out

@Briana mmmm that makes sense.. agh! I am trying not to worry too much.. just keeping an eye on him and checking his temperature

My daughter is the same and so was my son when he was a baby ❤️ I’m also congested with allergies so I wonder if baby is too

@Kate Yes same!! Agh! The struggle
