Yes! I don’t drink enough water but yes I have this
Thanks girls, doesn’t feel normal like it shouldn’t be that way that frequent does it 🙈
@Brittany I know, I keep asking my midwife and she keeps having to reassure me lol
I take 100g magnesium glycinate before the night. It helps sleeping and relaxation. Most of the day I lay in the side, and in the evening it gets better and I go walk 30 mins.
It feels like my baby girl balls up and just sits in a stiff motion then rolls around. Very uncomfortable.
I had it for a day and half, stopped today. My doc said Calcium tablets help because I am low on Calcium. I also had a bad charlie's horse for a couple of days. Seems like if your minerals are off it can happen. I have been lifting my legs and doing breath-work seemed to have helped. Also, I took Red raspberry tea for full a week prior the to the Braxton Hicks, so I immediately stopped drinking it. Seems to be a combo of things for me.
Every time I stand, sit, walk too far, bend over, pee, need to pee, eat, I get Braxton hicks. The bottom of my belly is always hard and heavy. It’s exhausting. I do find putting moisturizer on my belly every night seems to be helping my skin.
