Back, hips, neck, shoulders you name it! Everything aches on me. My boy only cosleeps and contact naps. My body is not a temple rn 🫠🥲

@Skye same ! My left arm and wrist hurt so bad too cos baby is always on that side :( I feel super exhausted..

Ugh I feel that!! My left hip is way worse than my right because I favour that side carrying him!! I know I’ll miss being able to carry him everywhere though so I’m trying to just power through 🥲

Yes! My back is killing me. I can feel tension in my back, shoulders and neck. Holding my son for contact naps is the worst for it!
