I wouldn't risk it

I went in for 1 minute during TWW and then a week later I was positive. Best to avoid but I don’t think 1 min was too bad

I'm not sure what TWW means but the guidance usually says as long as you know when to stop I.e before overheating. Think about all the women in Scandinavia and beyond who sauna every day :) I went in saunas etc a lot during pregnancy and it felt amazing xx
