Thank you so much for your advice, I just don’t want to order one and it not be the right one then have wasted my money. I am on my feet most the day at work but even when sat at the desk I am pain as soon as I stand up.
I saw a physio (at my GP practice) when I first got pregnant as I was suffering with pain from a previous injury. He told me the further along in my pregnancy I got that a Serola belt would be helpful. They're usually £40+ but I got one on Vinted for a tenner! Hoping it is helpful as have been suffering with SI joint pain
I've asked my midwife for a physio referral as I was struggling at only 19 weeks so it might be worth asking for one of those so they can give you some tips as well 😊
@Tracy that was my worry I’ve been feeling it since 11-12 weeks If you are really struggling just ask a professional and usually they give them for free! how I got mine so I didn’t waste my money on something that couldn’t even help at all since I had no idea where to look or what ones are even recommend, I can see which one mine is and send it over? I’m not sure if it’s possible to get yourself tho :) I’m sorry your experiencing it tho it’s horrible
@Eli if you could that would be lovely thank you so much xx
Thank you my lovely ☺️ I really appreciate your help xx
I got mine from my a physiotherapist due to having sciatica and pelvic girdle pain so if you aren’t sure what ones to get, I’d always suggest talking to a doctor if you are able to! I feel you tho on not reliving the pain, even with my belt it helps a lot but still feel constant discomfort due to my job and it’s not pleasant :(
